Gustave Niebaum, a wealthy Swedish sea captain, started construction on this massive stone and iron chateau in the 1880’s to house his 1,1000 acre winery.  In 1995 the Coppola Family acquired this magnificent building and property to reunite the original property and winery. It has been beautifully enhanced and restored.
