FIRST,  Tell Gale what you want.  After you have made your selection you will be led to the Pay Pal checkout page where you can choose from the various options for payment (Visa, etc.)
 

The prices are Double-Matted and Unframed.

The dimensions are the outside mat size.

THEN,  Send Gale Armstrong some photographs.  Select photos that show two dimensions of the structure.  Corner shots with evident shadows are preferred.  If you want particular plants in the landscape to be accentuated, send a couple close up shots of this flora.
